Research Outputs Foreseen

  1. Establish partnerships with different organizations (e.g., companies, municipalities, universities, schools, etc.)
    The partner organizations will help us to establish contacts with their workers and respective leaders who are telecommuting, by disseminating the project; and will be involved on the final discussions of the tools and materials produced.
     
  2. Transfer the scientific knowledge to the community
    The project results will be disseminated though seminars for organizations, workers and leaders facing telecommuting. The guidelines created to these seminars will contribute to the improvement of workers and leader’s efficacy, and consequently their overall wellbeing and performance.
     
  3. Contribute to the improvement of academic research
    The project results will be published on two academic journals with impact factor.
