Method

To achieve the MIPREDET objectives, different methodologies will be developed, namely:

• Documental analysis of European legislation in regard to minors’ pre-trial detention
• Documental analysis of national regulations in regard to minors’ pre-trial detention
• Creation of European and national regulations comparative report
• Exchange of knowledge on minors’ pre-trial detention
• Creation of reality of minors’ pre-trial detention comparative report
• Dissemination of results through a final conference and through internet, media and scientific journals.
