Patrícia Oliveira-Silva, FEP professor and director of the Human Neurobehavioral Laboratory (HNL), was received by John Stolle-Mcallister and Antonio Moreira in the city of Baltimore in the American state of Maryland, on September 4^th, 2018, with the goal of establishing partnerships and cooperation protocols between the University of Maryland and FEP concerning both research and exchange of students and faculty members from both universities.
